A Group with a Common Passion
The IEEE Industrial Society Student Branch Chapter (IEEE IAS SB Chapter) at the University of Manchester was founded in June 2020 by a group of enthusiastic students and staff members, starting from undergraduates to PhD students and university lecturers. IAS is one of the biggest IEEE technical society which is mainly interested in the industrial applications and advancement of science and technology. Our main aim as a student branch is to empower the professional and academic network that connects students, academics and industrial entities through merging their experiences in seminars, symposiums and informative meetings
